When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address. Email addresses submitted through our waitlist are stored and managed via Loops.so, our email communication platform. By submitting your email through the waitlist form, you consent to receive email communications from us, including product updates, launch announcements, and security-related news. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

2.2 Domain & Infrastructure Metadata

When you register a staging, preview, or production URL for scanning, we collect the URL and publicly accessible infrastructure metadata necessary to perform our security and SEO scans. This includes HTTP response headers, DNS records, TLS certificate details, publicly served files (such as robots.txt), and page content accessible via standard HTTP requests and headless browser rendering.

2.3 Usage Data

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited, referring URL, approximate location (derived from IP), browser type, and device type. This data is pseudonymous, used only to improve the Service, and never sold or shared for marketing purposes.   • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including uptime monitoring, security scanning, and SEO auditing.

  • To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues.

4. Sub-processors & Third-Party Services

We engage third-party service providers to assist in operating the Service, including infrastructure hosting, email delivery, and AI-powered analysis. Each sub-processor processes data only as necessary for its designated purpose, and we maintain data processing agreements with each to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

  • Waitlist email addresses — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Scan data and infrastructure metadata — retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 180 days of account termination.
  • Security and audit logs — retained for a minimum of one year to support incident investigation and compliance requirements.
  • Billing and financial records — retained for seven years as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.

Where we are required to retain data for the purposes of an ongoing legal dispute, regulatory investigation, or other legal obligation, standard deletion timelines may be extended for the duration of that obligation.
